On December 20th, 2019 the owners of Scott Branch Quarry, LLC signed a “Deed of Conservation Easement” (BK:02282 PG:00169-00202, Superior Court, Gordon County). The grantee of the deed is Southern Conservation Trust, Inc, a Georgia non-profit corporation.
