On December 20th, 2018 the owners of River Green Preserve LLC signed a “Deed of Conservation Easement” (BK:14324 PG:2292-2324, Superior Court, Cherokee County). The grantee of the deed is Southern Conservation Trust Inc, a Georgia non-profit corporation.
