On December 21st, 2017 the owners of Brown’s Chapel Quarry, LLC signed a “Deed of Conservation Easement” (BK:85 PG:190-218, Superior Court, Oglethorpe County). The grantee of the deed is Southern Conservation Trust, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation.
