On December 23rd, 2016 the owners of Pauls Farm Properties, LLC signed a “Deed of Conservation Easement” (BK:68 PG:128-158, Superior Court, Oglethorpe County). The grantee of the deed is Southern Conservation Trust, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation.
