On December 22nd, 2017, the owners of Salacoa Stone Quarry, LLC signed a “Deed of Conservation Easement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants” (BK:1136 PG: 459-501, Superior Court, Pickens County). The grantee of the deed is Foothills Land Conservancy, a Tennessee non-profit corporation.
