On December 27th, 2016, the owners of Crane Mountain, LLC signed a “Deed of Conservation Easement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants” (BK:1110 PG: 21-62, Superior Court, Stephens County). The grantee of the deed is Foothills Land Conservancy, a Tennessee non-profit corporation.
