On December 27th, 2016 the owners of Pickens Decorative Stone LLC signed a “Deed of Conservation Easement and Declaration of Use Restrictions” (BK:1103 PG: 727-778, Superior Court, Pickens County). The grantee of the deed is Foothills Land Conservancy, a Tennessee non-profit corporation.
